The main panel on the interface lists all your libraries, all your shared libraries, and all the libraries that were recently updated. Above this main panel there are buttons for creating a new library, downloading a library, viewing a library in the cloud, and more.

To create a new library you must specify a path (choose a folder), provide a name, enter a description, and choose if you want to encrypt and password protect the library. Once the library is created, Seafile will take all the files inside it and automatically upload them to the cloud. Libraries can be accessed in the cloud (access your account and view your files in your browser), they can be synced across devices, and they can be shared with others.
